Oh! There are going to be beautiful sounds. Come make them with us.

Join us for two Sundays of embodied relaxation, breath work and harmony singing.

Folks of all experience levels are welcome.

We’ll learn harmony singing foundations, a little music theory and do a lot of ear training while singing together.

We’ll also enjoy the fantastic side effects of singing! Research shows that singing and deep breathing activate our powerful vagus nerve which increases healthy activity in the rest and destress side of our nervous system.

The breathing and warm up exercises can be done laying down for those who are able/want to. If warming up in a chair is better for your body, that works perfectly too. Bring a towel or mat if you plan to lay down.

Folks who play an instrument are welcome to bring it.
